The Ventura Adventure

Casino Ventura Review
We are going to be interviewing the co-founders of Casino Ventura in the coming weeks which tells you already that we have been impressed by what we have seen. The casino has been a labour of love for the founders who dreamed of opening their own casino so spent a few years working on an affiliate site in order to really get to know the ins and outs of the industry, build up a network of contacts and information, and figure out which white label caisno operator they wanted to setup show with.
They have chosen to work with the Netagame platform which is a very promising back-end system, comes with NetEnt, Microgaming, Betsoft and the lesser known but highly promising GameART slots. They have also chosen to add a couple of very small name brands to their portfolio and really stand apart. In particular Intervision are very promising and probably more known for their land based video slot machines.
Casino Ventura launched with the Microgaming live casino package but will shortly be upgrading to the full NetEnt Live system as well as adding some more live games from the Evolution Live casino system.
We recently reviewed another new casino using the same back-end platform with the same casino licenses. We noticed they did not have any responsible gambling system in place and when questioned the support staff were rude, unhelpful and claimed it was impossible to implement limits on the casino players account due to the software, the casino license, etc. Needless to say these were the first things we checked at Casino Ventura and were delighted to see a fully fledged do it yourself responsible gambling system in the account settings with all the options we recommend for players. We tested their customer service from varying IP addresses and test accounts and they were a delight to speak to.
Furthermore we tested their withdrawal times which for us were very good, the casino even upheld the “no account verification needed for cumulative withdrawals under €2300” which we have only ever seen once before. Don’t expect this to happen all the time but it is certainly a very good sign and one that scores extra brownie points with us. The only downside to this casino is there is a max withdrawal limit on playing with a bonus “Players are only allowed to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing a deposit/reload bonus. Any additional winning credits will then be forfeited.” We hope that they will drop this ruling once they start growing bigger but on the flip side this is one of the first casinos we have seen not to put a bet limit on spin value when playing with the bonus so those two contrasting rules cancel each other out, especially considering the very low wagering involved. That said, had this one term not been there then we might have been tempted to award them a Platinum certification. Alas they will have to make do with Gold.
We are hoping for big things from Casino Ventura, it is great to see casino owners motivated by a genuine passion for the industry rather than being focused by greed.
UPDATE: Following feedback Casino Ventura have removed the max 10x depo winnings clause when playing with a bonus and replaced it with the standard max 5 per spin rule. This I think is a positive step. What’s more they have also removed the standard account inactivity clause which Netagame casinos usually have in place. This is absolutely positive news and a real sign that these guys are being true to their philosophy of putting the customer first. Furthermore they have removed a couple of other minor terms and are working hard on a number of other optimisations like a new tip top server, player control settings and the up coming new live casino suites.
It is a real delight to see a casino who understands what customer service and customer satisfaction is all about. If you want customers to join you and to stick around then treat them fairly. For this reason Casino Ventura should be applauded and for this reason they have been promoted to our top, Platinum rating.
Casino Ventura are also more than worthy winners of our Casino of the Month April 2016. Probably the easiest award we have had to choose.
