How can we not have a huge soft spot for Bell-Fruit Casino? We grew up playing the classic BFM pub fruit machines (Bell-Fruit Machines / Bell-Fruit Games). When we heard that the Bell-Fruit Group were releasing their own casino with a few exclusive titles we were really excited.
We are a bit (very) disappointed though. Bell Fruit Group and Bell Fruit Casino is owned by Greentube which owns Novomatic, Novoline, etc. So with such financial backing we were hoping for something spectacular. Unfortunately Bell Fruit Casino has not seen many updates since the day of launch but what is worse is that there is still no live chat and verification and withdrawals are taking weeks. Even players who have already been verified and withdrawn before are reporting withdrawal times of one to two weeks! Unforgivable.
Bell Fruit Casino may not be the worlds biggest casino with the the most titles and flashiest interface. But we wouldn’t care about that. We are taking a walk back down memory lane here, at least that is what Bell Fruit Casino is promising us…
We have Novomatic classics like Book of Ra, Cops n Robbers and a great and very user friendly layout and design. But that’s about where it ends. The casino is expanding all the time with more and more slots and more and more exclusive titles so there is plenty of time for this casino to grow into something truly special. But at the moment we just feel this is a huge missed opportunity. We are not getting the Bell Fruit Machines experience at Bell Fruit Casino, instead we are getting a small Novomatic casino and that’s about yer lot.
There is always the chance for this casino to get the long lost, but not forgotten Sheriff slots in the future (once the bugs and things are cleaned out in the code). So hold onto your hats for that! But in the meantime there really isn’t much keeping us from walking away and going to a bigger Novomatic casino. Where are the classic pub fruit machines? Why is the bonus system so confusing? Why is such a big name not aiming for withdrawals within 24 hours? The list of why’s goes on I’m afraid. Maybe one day Bell Fruit Casino will whet our appetite fully but at the moment the name and the logo just isn’t doing nearly enough for us.
