The website design and layout is close to being awesome but the little things make it very difficult to work with. And the honesty of the casino is very questionable and we just don’t have the time for that nonsense and we are not going to waste your time by approving a dodgy clip joint. What a huge disappointment this casino is. With such an original name and a seemingly innovating and original website I was expecting a really enjoyable experience. Unfortunately the website doesn’t really work as they would have intended it on the pc. And on the mobile they have made the rookie mistake which means you are having to login again every time you exit a game, and it doesn’t even save your password. The add to favourites system doesn’t work efficiently but worst of all this is a chain that tries to mess you around during the verification system, especially if you have won big. It is not that they won’t pay you, it is that they don’t want to and hope you reverse your withdrawal. As I always advise, either verify before you deposit or turn on the responsible gambling limits once you have won (though even these don’t work 100% properly at Buck and Butler).
This could have been a great casino but there are too many problems at the moment which really should have been taken care of already.
