Karamba Casino Review
Update: After more testing at this casino I’m afraid it has failed to make the cut. Our 2017 motto is “No more Mr Nice Guy” and we are being absolutely ruthless with online casinos. The market is difficult for the casinos and changing a lot with casinos going in two directions… those who are focusing more on customer service, customer loyalty and rewards… then there are those who are assuming a player will never stick around at one casino for long so they just will not pay them out no matter what. The latter category is hard to identify but when we do they are being dumped from our site in no uncertain terms. With regards to Karamba casino we are not blacklisting them by any means. We are actually in the process of testing their services to we can give them a proper review.
Karamba is a funny one, depending on where you look on the internet they are either very highly rated or they are blacklisted. The problem I think is that there are a couple of massive casino portals who also offer “mediation” services, Karamba have openly stated that they will deal with any and all complaints lodged against them directly with the gambling regulators and have no need for these powerless mediation services. That being said, they have still chosen to answer questions through one of these websites however the others which Karamba feel are superfluous have blacklisted them simply because they refuse to report to them. And of course there are then in turn a lot of casino portals who copy the views of these big sites so the knock on effect is that Karamba gets blacklisted by other sites as well.
On the flip side, in Scandinavia which is Karamba’s biggest market, the casino and the whole chain in fact, are hugely popular and very well regarded. So take your pick which side of the fence you want to sit on!
For us, having done our own independent research as well as testing the casino out for ourselves, we are very much in the pro camp. Everything is fine, interface is fine, website design is fine, customer support is fine, game offering is good.
