PlayAmo Casino started out quite brightly but recently have turned completely rogue. They have removed the responsible gaming option from the casino account completely and their customer support tell bare faced lies. As an experiment we had 2 players visit customer support within an hour of each other. The first player asked for their gaming limits to be removed. The customer service agent duly obliged. The second player asked for gaming limits to be placed onto the account. The same customer support agent said that customer service do not have this option available to them and that those settings should be in the casino account. When informed that these settings are no longer in the account the customer service rep (CSR) said that they should be and that the CSR’s do not have the options. When the player informed the CSR of the previous player the CSR again denied that it was possible. Even when the player 2 pasted the conversation the very same CSR had with player 1 just an hour previously, all the CSR said was that they do not have the option. Both players asked for their accounts to be closed, this has not happened either.

I’m afraid this is sadly the case with so very many SoftSwiss and MYEG casinos that the very small number of good quality casinos on that white label platform are being tarnished with the same brush.
