For the best online casino reviews click here.
Unfortunately the more we review and test casinos, the more rogue, dodgy or just plain crap ones we come across. So many so that we’ve had to split the online casino ratings up into various sections and have this page dedicated to the rogue and the blacklisted casinos.
We have compiled this extensive list of rogue casinos from not only our own personal experiences but also from our contacts and from a few other online resources dealing with mediation services or complaints against online casinos.
The below list is far from exhaustive as there are just so many casinos out there these days that it is taking forever to go through them all. Some of the casinos or operators may no longer exist but we felt the need to keep them in the list in case they pop up in the future in other guises.
There are also casinos listed which only crept onto the list and where you may yourselves find no problems, but when there are so many operators out there on the internet, we advise that in the case of any doubt whatsoever, choose another casino. Why take the risk? This is your hard earned money at stake so give yourselves the best possible chance by avoiding any shady casinos.
There are some (but not many) casinos which used to be blacklisted but have been removed from the list due to having been taken over, transformed and their reputation restored. On the flip side there are plenty of casinos which used to be great but for one reason or another (mainly take overs) have sadly gone rogue and been added to this ever growing list.
There are also some casino chains and operators which have all their casinos blacklisted by default. Take Nektan for example, any casino running on this platform is automatically blacklisted as they all have the same rogue terms and conditions, no customer service and are very very cheap clip joints.
We will try to get our website as up to date as possible, as quickly as possible so you can find the honest and trusted casinos either in the reviews section or in the country or casino bonus sections. Bear with us though as we have to investigate thoroughly before any casino gets our recommendation. Without further ado though, here is the blacklist:
Not Recommended & Blacklisted Online Casinos
Wow! Burnbet Casino have shot to the very top of our casino blacklist. Not for the fact that they have been caught red handed using pirated slots. That is bad enough. But what makes them stand out among the awful rogues is the death threats they have made against an online casino review site who pointed out their illegal use of pirated software. Threatening the owners of the website with the Italian and Slovenian mafia and even emphasising their point by quoting a news article about their “contacts” who gunned down an alleged mafia Don.
Absolutely scandalous and hopefully the police and local authorities will act very swiftly.
The Play Attack group have been blacklisted. Whilst SlotV is the best of the bunch on this platform it still has a lot of issues that need resolving. The other two casinos on this platform are the absolute worst kinds of rogue. Aside from the amazingly bad bonus terms, these casinos have absolutely zero responsible gambling tools, not even manually through live chat or email support. But the worst part (you will not believe this) when you process a withdrawal at Frank and Drive, you get a pop up saying request for withdrawal has been made. However that is all. No email, no “pending withdrawals” section and your bank balance remains exactly the same. It is as if you never made the withdrawal. You have to just hope and wait and pray something ever happens. Horrible.
Cassava Enterprises & 888 holdings network casinos: All of the properties under this ownership are blacklisted for many reasons. Beyond a joke customer service, super slow verification and withdrawals, rogue banning of bonus wins, and overall very poor business practices. When playing with a deposit bonus, max winnings tend to be just £400 making it mathematically impossible for the casino to lose.
There are about 300 online casinos and bingo sites owned by these jokers including the high profile:
Arcade Spins (this casino is brand new for 2017 so out of curiosity I registered a test account and I have to say it is as awful as the rest. No live chat of course, no responsible gambling limits breaking the UKGC laws and a pointless bonus… so exactly the same as all their other sites but with the added benefit of the design and layout giving me a migraine after 5 minutes)
Harrahs Casino New Jersey Online
Luck of the slots
Another casino provider we have blacklisted is Jumpman Gaming. Formerly only a bingo platform supplier, they now provide cheap white label casinos with horrible terms and conditions which include sticky bonuses with wagering requirements of 65x Bonus + Deposit where real money bets do not even contribute to wagering, plus a cap of £500 in bonus winnings. Aside from that the dormancy clause they have in force means they will close your account and confiscate all funds after 180 days inactivity.
There are at time of writing 77 sites using the Jumpman Gaming platform. These will be listed in their “Casino Owners & Operators” page as this page is getting way too big now!
We have decided to black list all Bet Construct, Vivaro and Radon casinos. Having tested out a good number of these casinos we can inform you how awful the experience is. Live support are rude and don’t answer the questions put to them. Their email support do not answer any emails at all, instead they will send you a questionnaire for you to fill out about what you thought of their email support… every… single… time! Do we need to mention verifying accounts and trying to get paid? I think having read the beginning of this paragraph you can fill in those blanks yourself! Just horrible rogues with an endless supply of complaints against them.
Gioca 1x2Golden Palace Blgium
Gods of Poker
One World Gaming
Dodgy Bitcoin casinos: There are dozens and dozens of new Bitcoin casinos popping up thanks to a couple of cheap white label casino providers. There are some great ones like Oshi and Bitstarz (which you can find on our Bitcoin Casino page) who are really trying to look after their players but the low entry cost barrier means that the majority are very weak indeed.
I do not know what kind of hold they have over Catena Media (the giant corporation behind those massive NetEntCasinos websites, AskGamblers and dozens and dozens of other massive “review” sites) but all these rogue Bitcoin casinos are getting certified and virtually 10 out of 10 ratings despite awful player reviews and tons of complaints on their very (Catena that is) own sites….
Anyway, here are a bunch of bitcoin casinos we have rejected:
Spin Princess Casino
Princess Casino Online
Online Casino Europa
Online Casino Deutschland
Queen Bet Line
Bet Social Casino
Vegas To Macau Casino
Even more shitty Nektan casinos… We’ve already written dozens of blacklisted reviews for Nektan owned casinos but there are just so damn many of them that we are just going to have to list them all here individually as well. Just to illustrate the point about these casinos, a friend of mine was offered Propawin for €40k including their entire player database. A casino property should not be that cheap if it has any value at all. 40k tells you exactly what kind of cheap operations these are.
Coin Falls Casino
Pots of Luck
Slot Fruity Casino
Northern Lights Casino
Jackpot Mobile Casino
Sapphire Rooms Casino
Touch Lucky Casino
Grand Duke Casino
The Football Pools Casino
Gale & Martin
Atlantic Casino Club
Go Win Casino
The Sun Play Casino
City AM Casino
Green Dog Casino
Smart Mobile Casino
We are black listing all Fruitkings Partners having tested a couple of their properties out. These guys have decent looking casinos but once you dig in they are rogue. They seem to only have withdrawals to bank despite more deposit options. They have no responsible gambling technology and their customer support do not honour requests. Their terms and conditions are hidden and non comprehensive. Their loyalty program talks a good game but in reality is very poor. And finally their customer support is very weak indeed.
MyJackpotCasino (My Jackpot Casino)
PlaySunny (Play Sunny)
FruitkingsPlaza (Fruit Kings Plaza)
JackpotSlotty (Jackpot Slotty)
Another dodgy online casino platform provider is MYEG aka Netagame. There are one or two jewels among the duds. Here are some of the more dodgy casinos run on this platform.
Mucho Vegas Casino
Jackpot Knights Casino
Happy Hugo Casino
Almighty Vikings Casino
Fortune Jeugos Casino
Vegas Berry Casino
Progress Play casinos are fairly weak to say the least with poor customer service, unfriendly player terms and conditions and numerous complaints at all of them. By default we are not going to be recommending any Progress Play casinos.
The National Lottery Casino
Lucky Monkey Casino
Lucky Win Slots
Mr Slot Casino
Royal House Casino
200x wagering requirements and a max £200 cash out (among other fishy things):
The following casinos have long been on the blacklist due to their predatory nature. Thankfully the owners of these casinos have finally been arrested (see our news section for more shocking details of just how evil these guys are):
Grand Parker Casino
Ruby Royal Casino
Loco Panda Casino
Win Palace Casino
The casinos owned by Mainstreet Group and Honey Dew Group are rogued for their very poor customer service and terrible payments service among other things.
Old Havana Casino
The following casinos are well known to be predatory with regards their players, we are not sure what their ties are to the above mentioned chains but you are well advised to steer clear of these casinos anyhow:
Palace of Chance
Slots of Vegas
The following casinos are licensed in Montenegro. This licensing authority provides virtually zero player protection and do virtually zero checks into the integrity of the casinos themselves. Some of the casinos have even been found to be using illegally stolen games and software!
There is also an ongoing court case regarding the entire Montenegro licensing authority.
The following two casinos are in a transition period, however they have lost all our trust having basically run off with player and affiliate funds and their customer service department seems to have dropped off the face of the planet:
The following casino has a huge presence online due to their affiliate payment promises, however you will find they are hovering round about the rogue line on most reputable casino portals, watchdogs and complaints sites. Avoid this casino like the plague:
The casinos associated to the Winner group are also blacklisted. They too share the same traits including but not limited to asking for notarised proof of ID documents even for very small payouts:
Winner Club Casino
Casino Del Rio
Rummy Royal Casino
Euro Max Play
The following casinos are licensed in Costa Rica. This licensing authority offers virtually zero player protection and runs virtually zero background checks on their licensees. We cannot support any casino who’s only license is provided by this authority and government as their practice is simply to sell the license, make money and turn a blind eye to everything else. Most of these casinos are notorious for screwing players.
99 Slot Machines
Captain Jack Casino
Cash Casino 777
Crystal Casino Club
Vegas Strip Casino
Wager Web Casino
Look out for “Game Tech” and “AffPower” and avoid these names. Update: also look out for “Equinox Dynamic”, “Alpha Interactive”, “Rock Solid Affiliates”, “GameScale” and “Lernaean Hydra”.
I recently also got emailed by a representative of Equinox Dynamic wanting their casinos to be featured here on Yes No Casino. Due diligence didn’t take me long though, terrible customer service, numerous complaints against the casinos within their first few months of trading, poor terms and conditions (max withdrawals of 10x deposit per transaction, poor inactive accounts clause, slow withdrawal times, withdrawal charges and banning the Martingale system even though we know that this is a fools system when followed strictly).
After digging further though, the shocking truth came to light that a number of notoriously rogue casino operators are all connected though due to their reputation they keep changing names. They also seem rather too connected to the dodgy Nektan group. I think the highlight of this chain of groups though is the death threats they have made to casino portals.
Deuce Club Casino
6 Black Casino
Atlantic Club Casino
Ocean Bets Casino
Times Square Casino
Diamond Club VIP Casino
Gale & Martin
Casino 1 Club
Crazy Casino Club
La Fiesta Casino
Further to the above mentioned confiscations of winnings, their are countless complaints against the whole casino group as well as a very interesting bonus term for their so called No Deposit Bonus “Player must deposit a minimum of €50 after receiving the free spins”. How exactly is that a no deposit bonus and why a deposit of €50 when minimum deposit is stated elsewhere at €20 #confused
Parklane gets bonus blacklist points for crashing my browser whilst editing this page and losing my work!
There are also reports of the AffPower group’s holding company buying out the once great Club World Group. The Club World Casino group are now well and truly rogue and players are not being paid.
And speaking of takeovers of USA casinos, there is still a lot of confusion as to who bought out the following casinos. What we do know for sure though is that payments have gone AWOL.
The following casino has been blacklisted due to the ridiculous number of complaints registered against them at all the mediation portals. These guys have a history of confiscating legitimate winnings, citing vague or completely bogus confiscation reasons.
The following casinos have been market black due to highly predatory terms and conditions as well as their refusal to pay honest winnings, here is one of their bonus terms as an example “Pre Cashin wager requirements: 40x Bonus and deposit amount, The maximum winnings you are entitled to withdraw from this bonus is 3x the deposit and bonus amount” so for a start they don’t know how to use a spell checker on their website, but more importantly any winnings you make over 3x deposit plus bonus value gets confiscated which hugely reduces your theoretical return to player whilst playing with a bonus:
I can’t believe I left the following casino/bookmaker off the blacklist. How could I forget to include such a well known rogue? Ladbrokes used to be one of the best but over the last 4 or 5 years they have seen a downward spiral of epic proportions. Not content with screwing over thousands of casino affiliates, they are also screwing over their players with huge numbers of complaints against them at all major casino complaints sites and well as to ourselves. Their customer service is nothing short of shocking.
Ladbrokes (all brands from casino to poker to sports etc)
The Ladbrokes chain also bought the Gala Coral group and since then they have also gone rogue. They used to be one of my favourites but their treatment of players has gone down the toilet. I used to be a VIP at Gala but have had to battle to get my account closed due to their shoddy behaviour.
The William Hill chain has been blacklisted due to their consistent disregard of the fairness and interests of its players and affiliates. We have mentioned elsewhere “Granny-gate” where Joyland blackmailed and stole over $2 million from one of it’s punters while the group on the whole are still refusing to move on their stance towards paying winners of progressive jackpots. Add to that poor customer service, fleecing of their affiliates and a generally bad overall history and reputation, we just cannot bring ourselves to promote any of their brands. Even their flagship website cannot be recommended due to their woeful customer service and numerous complaints against them.
The Wager Junction affiliate program recently closed down, dumping all their affiliates and stealing all their current and future earnings. We had never promoted their casinos and following this news there is no chance we would ever trust them so as such their casinos have made it onto our blacklist. If they are this easy to screw over affiliates then we are pretty sure they will be even quicker to screw over their players!
King Solomans Casino
The BtagMedia group have been added to our blacklist despite some decent looking casinos. The reason for blacklisting their whole group is due to the large amount of complaints registered against them, their iffy terms and conditions and the number of winnings confiscations based on vague or completely illogical terms.
Here is one example of a term from a few of their casinos: “Maximum winnings per week via this website is €25,000 or currency equivalent. Unless specifically authorized by us in writing, Player may only withdraw €10,000 from his/her Account in any 30 day period.” So what happens to players who get really lucky and win a huge jackpot? Money is handed over to the owners?
It is sometimes really handy that we get contacted by casino representatives all the time. Because with thousands of online casinos out there it takes time to check them all out. Sometimes rogues get hold of us meaning we can get them on the blacklist quicker than we otherwise would have been able to. Case in point are the following casinos who are owned by a chain notorious for dodgy dealings. They have their own custom software which has been found to act in a non random fashion. Their casinos often don’t load slots at all and they have numerous questionable terms and conditions.
Casino Red Kings
Bet Red Kings
Slots Magic (Formerly Jackpot Party but under new ownership)
The following are just very poor quality casinos which we cannot add to the website as you will struggle badly to get any money out:
Golden Euro Casino
Vegas Mobile Casino
Falls from grace (casinos which were at one time listed but removed after either going rogue or because we got far stricter):
Note the links in the below table will NOT take you to the casinos in question, that would just be silly!
Now the following part of the blacklist might look a little odd. However we do strongly feel that companies as large as Apple, Google, Zynga and Facebook (to name but a few) should know better than to freely make gambling apps available to minors. These apps and casinos, slots etc are “Free” to play but even if you take away the fact people end up spending real money on these games, this really is a sure fire way of getting kids (and unsuspecting adults) addicted to gambling.
Real money online casinos have their agendas, they need to make money off of gamblers in order to pay their staff, make profits for shareholders, etc etc etc. But they are at least open and honest about what they do. They offer gambling services and hope you lose! You know that, I know that, everyone knows that. But these free gambling games at supposedly reputable organisations are hiding behind a cloak. And it is a very dangerous precedent.
So those above are just a handful we are blacklisting based purely on principle. And now here’s a little clip from South Park that you might find amusing:
Freemium Gaming Explained.
We have said it before and we will say it again, make sure you always read the terms and conditions at every casino and do your background research before you ever even register with a casino. If you come across a casino portal who is promoting any of these black listed casinos then add that portal to your ignore list and find another portal for your advice as they clearly cannot be trusted if they haven’t done their own research or worse, that they purposefully point you to a rogue casino. There are many good casino portals out there but you have to wade through the mire to find them. Feel free to bookmark Slots Guide as well, we are here to try and keep you safe.
Why Do We Blacklist Casinos?
There are thousands of online slot casinos out there. While there are some very good and honest casinos and casino chains, there are as many that you should steer very well clear of.
So what sort of things can get a casino blacklisted by us?
- Non-responsive customer service
- Confiscating funds due to overly vague “bonus abuse” reasons
- Unethical marketing practices (a.o. SPAM emails, text messages, phone calls, etc)
- Having Malware in their download software
- Impossibly high wagering requirements
- Wagering requirements that never recede
- Bonuses remaining active despite a zero balance
- Using rigged software
- Illegally distributing players personal details
- Not paying deposit bonuses
- Requiring proof of ID to withdraw a deposit having never played
- Ridiculous levels of proof of ID required to withdraw (a clear photocopy of passport and recent utility bill should suffice.) Many casinos require notarised documents to be sent by post, for others it takes a dozen attempts before they recognise the emailed documents, etc
- Taking many months to pay players out their winnings
- Vague terms and conditions
- Barefaced lies
- Refusing to pay out with no reason given
- Using a different RNG (Random Number Generator) in practice mode to that in real money mode
We cannot stress this enough that you should only play at recommended casinos. The number of rogue casinos out there is staggering.
Even casinos who aim to give you a 1 or 2 week delay before paying you out are unacceptable. They are hoping that given a long enough delay, the player will get itchy feet, reverse the withdrawal and carry on playing and lose the previous winnings. This is simply not acceptable practice.
Again we are repeating ourselves from other articles but these are warnings that should be heeded strongly: It is not just the small names that can get on our blacklist.

Closed Online Casinos:
From time to time a casino that we have reviewed ends up closing down for one reason or another. We are not going to delete all these reviews as you never know… they may one day open again in which case we’ll have to re-review and update the casinos reviews. On the other hand perhaps some of our readers would like to know what happened to a particular casino so we’ll try and provide any information we have.
